  • 150 ml. Fever-Tree Tonic
  • Pour over ice cubes and garnish with a slice of green apple and lime.

  • 1 ½ oz. Bomby Sapphire
  • ½ oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ oz sugar syrup
  • 2 oz club soda


  • Combine all ingredients except club soda in an ice filled shaker and shake vigorously.
  • Strin into a glss with fresh ice and top with club soda
  • Garnish with lemon wedge and a blackberry.
