I stepped up my beverage game, and began to experiment with water, apple juice and other fruit and vegetable juices, iced tea and iced coffee (and that was a pleasant surprise). I tried it with some left-over Chardonnay. And a tall glass of Vodka and Orange juice was amazing. I shall take this pretty OmniFizz with me on a summer picnic or a Spring road-trip. And it comes in lots of fashion colours.
Purdys
On the business front, Chocolate is becoming more scarce and more expensive. But this hasn’t fazed Purdys, Canada’s own chocolatier, and their delightful Easter treats. Easter Chocolate Boxes, Big Bunnies, foil-covered and candy-covered eggs, Bunnies, Vegan chocolate eggs, cream-filled chocolate eggs, and my favorite, white chocolate Bunnies on a stick, have arrived at our neighbourhood Purdys shop, just in time for our own family’s bunny-hopping Easter Parade.
