Boreal Wildcraft Teas hand picks the Sacred Boreal Tea from the Boreal forest, and its earthy flavour pairs perfectly with fools & Horses’ espresso.
BOREAL SYRUP:
3 L simple syrup
½ cup sacred Boreal tea (Boreal Wildcraft Teas)
40 g crushed juniper berries
1 cup elderflower concentrate
DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir until well combined.
BOREAL LATTE:
Double shot of espresso
1 oz house made Boreal syrup
8 oz steamed whole milk
DIRECTIONS: Combine all ingredients and stir until the Boreal syrup is well combined. Serve Hot.
