Winterlicious is back and in full swing! Winterlicious is an annual food festival held during the first two weeks of February, in which restaurants across Toronto offer prix fixe lunches and dinners at discounted prices: $15, $20 or $30 for lunch; and $25, $35 or $45 for dinner. This is typically one of the slowest times of the year for restaurant attendance. Based on similar events in other cities, Toronto’s Winterlicious began in 2003 with 35 participating restaurants.
