Winterlicious is back and in full swing! Winterlicious is an annual food festival held during the first two weeks of February, in which restaurants across Toronto offer prix fixe lunches and dinners at discounted prices: $15, $20 or $30 for lunch; and $25, $35 or $45 for dinner.
